Requirements

Graphic Design Service Requirements
PROMOTION PHOTOS AND TEXTS: If Graphic Design Service is a part of ur order, u are required to submit any and all photos and texts (titles and descriptions) to be included on ur print design.

 

For photos, be sure to submit the desired number of images of ur actual products or/and services, or simply select and purchase pictures from one of the online stock photo agencies, such as:

  • www.istockphoto.com
  • www.shutterstock.com
  • www.123rf.com
This requirement saves ur time and permits us to start the design process as soon as ur order has been received.
Printing Requirements
The file of ur business promotion must meet the following requirements in order to be approved for printing:
  • Resolution: Minimum of 350 dpi (dots per inch) or higher
  • Color Mode: CMYK (the mode printers are designed to work with. Be aware that RBG does not produce good printing results).
  • Bleed: To avoid leaving white boarders and trimming ur advertisement during printing, u need to:
    • Expand the total size of ur promotion's background an extra space of 0.125" (1/8 inch)
    • Make sure ur business promotion is within the Safe Zone (the dimensions after printing).
  • File Types: pdf, jpg, png, gif, tif, eps & psd
Combining Ur Printed Promotion With a Creative Product
When u choose to print ur business promotion with one of CPrint's creative products, u will have to select one the following two formats that determine how all these elements will be combined together on a single print:
  • a. Front/back:
  • This option is available only for printing on both sides.
  • b. Mixed: ur promotion will appear side-by-side with the CPrint's Creative Products ,either printed single or double-sided.
    For this option:
    • Ur promotion will be resized to one-half the standard size in order to appear alongside CPrint's Creative Product.
    • If u choose to have your CPrint on both sides, two promotion design files are required, one for the front and one for the back.
CPrint's Creative Products Limits
  • Right of Refusal: cflyer.com reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any material, for any reason, including, but not limited to, material that advertises or contains the following:
    • 1. Products or services that violate a public law or regulation
    • 2. Products or services that have expired
    • 3. Harmful products or services
    • 4. Alcohol or tobacco products and illegal drugs
    • 5. Pornography
    • 6. Abuse of minors
    • 7. Weapons or tools intentionally made to be used as weapons
    • 8. Controversial ideas, products or services
    • 9. Ideas, products or services that are racial or discriminative
    • 10. Ideas, products or services that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, malicious or otherwise deemed objectionable
    • 11. Ideas, products or services that violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity, infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity
  • Limits of Use: CPrint's creative products are a onetime use product per each individual order. A client has no right to copy, recopy, design, redesign, edit, print, reprint, produce, reproduce, publish, republish, write, rewrite, sell, exchange or any other kind of uses to cflyer.com's Advertising models and contents on any medium without prior written permission from cflyer.com
  • Distribution Lock: Ur campaign that uses CPrint's creative products cannot be distributed by any means outside the targeted area u assign in ur order (such as: zip code(s), citywide, etc.)
    This is in respect to the mutual interests of all our customers, including urs, to have an effective and unique advertising campaign within their local markets and protects each to their rights of use.
  • Creative Products Minimum: Ur minimum order for any CPrint's Creative Product must average 500 copies per each targeted zip code.
  • Acknowledgement: In respect to cflyer.com's copyrights and intellectual rights, the following MUST, and will, appear on any purchased CPrint's Creative Product:
    • The date and assigned postal area of ur campaign
    • The style number(s) of the creative product(s) used in ur campaign
    • The creators (artists and/or writers) of any artistic work will be credited on such material, along with its source (if any), such as a website, a book, etc
    • "This Creative Print Promotion and all its contents do not necessarily represent or reflect the actual points of view of cflyer.com, its affiliates, employees or those of the individuals who created them".
    • "Unauthorized use or reproduction of cflyr.com's Creative Advertising models, and/or any of its contents is prohibited. © 2019 cflyer.com, All rights reserved".
